One can contact us by email with general training questions or if you can’t find a course local to you. This popular class was founded in Australia where general environmental conditions in the wild, emulate that of survival training. The content of the TACMED class will provide necessary training for individual and group care designed for rough first responders type conditions. Having an appropriate first aid kit, emergency medical bag or proper equipment is not always available. Responders must train in the conditions where one must provide aid and treat an injured person efficiently and with rapid care. In the case of a bleeding control where pressure is not enough because the injured party may not be able to remain where they are, one must prepare a field tourniquet without a usable product in their kit. The state of the condition of a victim may vary as well as the method of care that is needed to save lives in the field. First Responders will gain simulated experience and training with tactical medicine / TACMED for bleeding control without a first aid kit CPR without equipment and a wide range of in-the-field training to treat patients with direct contact in this TACMED Tactical Medicine training course. Interested parties will taking this course will see similarities with first aid CPR AED courses and will train in the similar hands-on method, however the TACMED course is designed to teach one to provide care without equipment and product in extreme conditions similar to the Australia outback environment from which this course was developed.
The range of study and training includes the basic overview and range guidelines to that of security officer and security course standards. If you are in search of courses to fulfill a security job position this course and certification should meet and exceed your requirement. This course requires a recertification every year and includes blended learning and in- person classroom learning with activities. This course is recommended for a two day class, however the re-certification can be completed in one day. Similar to ROTC and military prep school courses one can sign-up and train for this program as well as similar courses with Campaign Pay it Forward. The range of study and training should fulfill most skill search words where TACMED and advanced First Aid CPR AED in survival conditions are used. Using filters when submitting a search for TACMED classes should also include tourniquet and field tourniquet use without product and equipment. Open enrollment is made easier for jobs that require this certification. When you contact us for courses that are required for your job, please enter a valid email address that includes your employer name. When you enter a valid company email we will arrange for corporate features that may include additional time and funding. Certain companies will pay or subsidize training for employees or reimburse training costs. When you search for TACMED training, contact each search result and review their training standards. An online only TACMED training program will usually not satisfy most requirements set forth by employers, military, military prep or Australia based skill seekers.
